The Naked "Truth or Dare Tip" On How To Look Healthy
 
This is not advice about how many calories you can lose by "doing it". Maybe some other time. But this is about getting naked.. read on.
 
If you are serious about having a healthy body then look in the mirror - naked. Really look and do it often. If you are home alone (or maybe not) - walk around naked for awhile and think about how you look. This exercise will likely motivate you to exercise, eat healthier foods and any  products promising to make you attractive.
 
Now cut out some pictures of people whose body profile you think is attractive. Focus on finding profiles that you believe are possible for you. Do this. Imaging is the best technique for accomplishing a goal. For more on this check out Todays Quote.
 
P.S. Last night, near the time when I go to bed, I felt like a cold or something might be coming on. I was experiencing all the normal stuff- sneezing , runny nose etc. Well I simply do not have time for that, so I took some of my immune strengthening tablets, opened a bottle of Thieves and used that wonderful oil under my nose and other places and went to bed. Well I did one other thing....I mentally pictured myself as not being sick and asked God to help my system be healthy.
 
Today I was "sick as a dog" . I have never seen a dog sick - have you? I felt great today. Keep imaging your health and wealth.
